Advocacy for Uyghur Human Rights

JWW has advocated for Uyghur human rights since 2018. Through partnerships with UyghurLA and the Uyghur Human Rights Project, we have connected members of the Uyghur diaspora to elected leaders.

They have heard first-hand accounts of the systematic persecution occurring at the hands of the CCP in China and policies like the Uyghur Human Rights Policy Act, signed into law in September 2020.

JWW is an active partner in the Coalition to End Uyghur Forced Labor.

In November of 2020, Jewish World Watch helped form a subcommittee of global Jewish organizations, as part of the greater coalition of international human rights groups, to leverage resources and maximize impact by working toward justice for Uyghurs through advocacy and business engagement.
