Jewish World Watch has been working with the Darfuri survivor community since 2004. This year, to continue this legacy of support, we launched Seeds of Survival. This campaign aims to train 500 new gardeners and provide the tools needed to feed thousands of those in the refugee camps. We’ve raised enough to plant more than 300 gardens since May. We need you to help us plant another 100 in the next two weeks to chase down our goal.<\/a><\/p>

Access to healthy, home-grown food does much more than promote food security. It increases safety for women and girls who no longer need to leave their camp to find food and promotes a renewed dignity that comes from self-reliance.<\/p>

Investing in gardens for Darfuri families living in Chad is investing in hope and a future of independence.
Violence and insecurity continue to rise in their home of Darfur, leading to thousands of more displacements. These survivors need our increased aid now.<\/p>
